Centre for Research on Discretion and Paternalism Bergen

Marie Skłodowska-Curie – Individual Fellowships

MOBILITY GRANT: The Centre seeks researchers interested in applying for an MSCA-IF grant.

The Centre welcomes scholars with an interest in discretion, paternalism, children’s rights, child protection or other related topics to collaborate on an application for a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions – Individual Fellowships (MSCA-IF) grant.

MSCA-IF grants provide wage and mobility funds for researchers who would like to enhance their careers through a work-study stay abroad. The programme is part of the ‘Excellence’ Pillar within the EU’s Horizon 2020 research programme.

In addition to receiving generous research funding, scholars have the opportunity to gain experience abroad. The 12-24 month MSCA-IF – European Fellowships are open to scholars travelling to or within European countries.

This program supports researchers (including interdisciplinary) at all stages of their careers and irrespective of nationality. The program does not have pre-defined priority areas. Researchers apply for grants in collaboration with the academic institutions with which they will be working.

The next submission deadline is in September 2019. Interested researchers are encouraged to contact Prof. Marit Skivenes. See also our information page about working at the Centre and the University of Bergen.
